Hey Actifitters,
Still hot and humid here yesterday. Hopefully this is the last days of summer weather, I can't wait for winter, cold and snow! It also rained a bit, but when it stopped we spent time in the yard again, so Kaia can enjoy the outdoors while not putting too much strain on her injured leg.
She actually looked as though she was doing better, so I took her with me on a very short walk in the small forest behind our backyard fence.
It was probably not very smart though. She had her nose up sniffing the air almost the whole time. Probably some deer or smaller critters in the area. Luckily she didn't go after anything and just patrolled normally.
I finished the day with a short run. Not a great performance once again, but right now I am just trying to accumulate a little bit of mileage. The cooler weather that I hope will be here soon should help.
